Services

Gill Business Services provides e-commerce support services, including BigCommerce and Shopify product uploads, CSV imports, catalog organization, product data management, spreadsheet cleanup, inventory updates, and related services.

The specific scope, price, and estimated completion time for each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

Client-Provided Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate product information, pricing, images, descriptions, inventory data, login/access information, and other materials required to complete the project.

Gill Business Services is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the client.

Payments

Payment terms will be provided before work begins. Depending on the size of the project, a deposit may be required before services are started.

Any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms agreed upon for the project.

Changes & Additional Work

Project pricing is based on the agreed scope of work. Significant changes, additional products, additional data entry, or other work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Any additional charges will be discussed with the client before the additional work is performed.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment may be required for work already completed.

Because services involve time and customized work, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the individual project.

E-Commerce Platform Access

When access to a Shopify, BigCommerce, or other account is necessary, clients should provide only the level of access reasonably required to complete the project.

Client account information and business data will be treated as confidential and used only for purposes related to the requested services.

Confidentiality

Gill Business Services will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information, product data, pricing information, spreadsheets, and other materials provided by clients.

Client information will not be intentionally disclosed to unrelated third parties except when necessary to provide the requested services or when required by law.

Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all product descriptions, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other materials they provide for use in their online store.

Gill Business Services does not claim ownership of client-provided content.

Third-Party Platforms

Gill Business Services is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify, BigCommerce, or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated.

Third-party platforms may change their features, requirements, policies, pricing, or functionality at any time. Gill Business Services is not responsible for disruptions or changes caused by third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken to provide accurate and professional services, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their store information and product data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gill Business Services will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services or from third-party platform issues.
